I hadn't purchased a new car in over a decade, partly because I have been ridiculously busy, but also because that last new car took months of research, almost 8 hours at the dealership to negotiate and drove me insane! Authority Auto had been recommended to me by several friends and now I know why. Kim is extremely thorough, professional and patient. I told him what I was looking for, and although the exact model was unavailable, he steered me towards another viable option and even suggested other cars for me in the same price range to make sure I knew everything that was available. I work very long hours and my time is incredibly valuable to me, so it was great to have Kim do all the leg work and get back to me quickly with answers.

Within days he had a good offer on the table and was patient with me while my busy schedule had me out of commission for a few of days. When I finally emerged from my work coma, I decided to pull the trigger at 2:30pm on a Friday, answered a few questions and boom - the car was delivered to my office by 5pm.
