I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much my husband and I enjoyed working with Andy. He was kind, patient, thorough and professional. I don't have to tell you how rare those characteristics are in the automobile industry. Before contacting Andy, we were considering not buying a new car because of how HORRIBLE the experience had been so far.
