Hi. I would say that I had a really good experience with Auto Authority. I read about it on Edmonds and even though it initially seemed quite expensive for the service, I think we definitely got our money’s worth. Authority Auto was able to negotiate the price down almost $5000 from the dealer’s asking price, which we were very pleased with. In addition, Authority Auto was extremely responsive and was a great resource for all my questions. He ran interference with the dealer and I never had to speak with them once! Overall it was a very positive experience and I will definitely use the service again next time I buy a car. Thanks!
