WOW! The service was amazing and the transaction painless. I was driving my new Acura less than two weeks after I submitted my request. To be fair, I was skeptical about using a 'car buying concierge', but in reality it suits me perfectly because I just don't have the time to spend countless hours at various dealerships grinding out negotiations.
